GUILTY OF IT, NOT ABOUT IT was the eighth WAVE of SOULED. It was created in collaboration with OpenAI's DALL·E 3, and the black ink is infused with the ashes of WAVE 2.

All 12 WORKS were installed inside The Cornerstone building — an innovation hub on the University of Kentucky's campus. A docushort about the installation was produced by the University of Kentucky's Media Depot.

The WAVE sparked controversy for its use of AI image generation, with WKYT News asking if the artist ATB was "pushing the boundaries of art" or engaging in "fraudulent practices."
